Job summary

SkinSpirit in Scottsdale is seeking a Client Care Administrator to support daily medical spa activities. You will handle phone coverage, scheduling, registration, and transactions, ensuring excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, multi-tasking, and teamwork. Training is provided, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and openings/closings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with Zenoti or other POS systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work a combination of weekday, weekend and evening shifts, including opening and closing shifts.
• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Answer and screen high volume inbound phone calls.
• Manage appointments (scheduling, moving and canceling appointments).
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, programs, promotions and discounts.
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
• Accurately complete client transactions.
• Open and close the clinic as required.
