Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a full-time Client Care Representative to join our three-doctor practice with a long-standing commitment to the community. We provide wellness care, surgery, digital X-ray, laser therapy, acupuncture, and more, backed by AAHA accreditation.

The Client Care Representatives connect clients with care, keep the hospital organized, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for every visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients on arrival and manage check-in/check-out.
• Maintain an efficient reception workflow and manage client wait times.
• Schedule appointments using the practice management software.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Answer incoming calls with professional etiquette.
• Route medical questions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Process invoices and payments and reconcile cash drawer.
• Verify prescription information and client identity before releasing medications.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and workspace.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
