Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients at arrival; facilitate check-in and check-out
• Maintain efficient reception workflow and manage client wait times
• Schedule appointments using practice management software
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Answer calls with professional telephone etiquette
• Route medical questions to appropriate team members
• Maintain accurate client and patient documentation and records
• Process invoices and payments and reconcile cash drawer
• Verify prescription information and client identity before releasing medications
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming reception area
