We’re a three-doctor small animal practice that has served the community for more than 140 years, combining a long history of service with high-quality, modern veterinary medicine.

What Our Client Service Representatives Do

• Greet clients and patients as they arrive and facilitate timely check-in and check-out

• Route medical questions and urgent patient concerns to the appropriate team members

• Verify prescription information and client identity before releasing medications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and workspace
• Complete assigned responsibilities accurately and efficiently while following established service standards
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment

Physical Qualifications

This role requires the ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate computers, telephones, and other office equipment. Frequent computer, telephone, and office equipment use for extended periods is part of the position.

Team members must also be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and move throughout the hospital to assist clients, support patient care, and complete assigned responsibilities.
