Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Strong commitment to client wellbeing and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client participation in daily program activities and ensure adherence to rights and rules.
• Issue meal cards, mail, medication, lockers, and toiletries; monitor client areas.
• Provide emergency response including crisis management, first aid, CPR, and fire response as needed.
• Complete Incident Reports per program manuals and funder guidelines.
