Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and influence caregivers and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice our clients and families know and trust.
• Build relationships quickly and create an exceptional client experience.
• Guide families confidently through their care journey.
• Develop strong relationships with caregivers and help set them up for success.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with scheduling, recruitment, and leadership.
• Visit clients and stay connected to what’s happening in the field.
• Recognize changing client needs and opportunities to expand services.
• Follow up consistently with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Build relationships that encourage client retention and referrals.
• Install and set up Sensi technology in clients’ homes.
• Educate clients and families on Sensi features and benefits.
• Troubleshoot basic Sensi issues and coordinate additional support.
• Use Sensi insights to help identify changing client care needs.
• Take ownership of results instead of waiting for someone else to make things happen.
