Premier Restoration Hawaiʻi is seeking a compassionate Client Care Coordinator (C3) in Honolulu, HI. You will be the central communications hub for restoration projects, coordinating from initial contact through final payment to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

3–5 years of customer service or coordination experience is preferred; strong communication and organization skills are essential. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service, administrative, or project coordination experience.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Restoration, construction, insurance, or property management experience is a plus—but we\'re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project.
• Receive new leads and promptly contact customers.
• Create and manage projects within our CRM system.
• Coordinate scheduling with field teams and subcontractors.
• Schedule Matterport (3D imaging) inspections.
• Send and obtain signed contracts, work authorizations, and required documentation.
• Collect deposits and process customer payments.
• Coordinate mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction activities.
• Communicate project timelines, expectations, and status updates.
• Review project files for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit final invoices and payment documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding balances per company procedures.
• Complete quality control checklists and maintain organized project files.
• Collaborate closely with operations, accounting, and field staff to ensure projects move efficiently.
