SERVPRO Carmichael/Citrus Heights Roseville/E&W Modesto/Manteca is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Project Managers on restoration and construction projects. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and proactive follow-through, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, documentation, client communication, and coordination across vendors and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in administrative or project-driven environments and comfortable using CRM,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, project coordination, construction, restoration, insurance, property management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a project-driven or service-based office environment is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers while coordinating multiple active restoration and construction projects.
• Track project progress and keep job information current and organized.
• Manage administrative details across multiple active projects.
• Schedule appointments, inspections, project activities, crews, and customer communication.
• Review photos, documents, notes, and job files for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and maintain information in company software and job-management systems.
• Assist with estimates, documentation, insurance requirements, and project files.
• Follow up on outstanding approvals, documents, selections, scheduling, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate digital files and records.
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and text.
