Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Qualify jobs on intake and enter information into HubSpot.
• Send intro emails with contact information for new leads.
• Create/Update Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for projects.
• Create Sales Orders and ensure accuracy of activity codes.
• Ensure all dates, notes, photos, and documents are in NetSuite.
• Distribute Project Manager assignments with necessary information.
• Conduct weekly Client Care check-in calls with customers.
