Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond to voicemails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar.
• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate records.
• Collect payments, review estimates, and complete invoices.
• Maintain patient records and document client communications.
• Handle client concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate appointments and hospital flow throughout the day.
• Support teammates to keep the day running smoothly.
