Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Background checks required; substance-use history policy applies.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receive initial inquiry calls for admission.
• Review prospective admissions against criteria and procedures.
• Enter all pertinent information into Electronic Health Record.
• Coordinate with clinical team to engage and coordinate client care.
• Schedule assessments and admissions; coordinate transportation as needed.
• Follow up with clients during admissions to maintain engagement.
