National Seating & Mobility is seeking mission-driven team members to support our clients with 360-degree mobility solutions. This role focuses on phone support, order management, and data entry to keep care teams aligned and responsive.

Responsibilities include processing inquiries, coordinating with branches, clinicians, and caregivers, and assisting with work orders and funding eligibility. We value accuracy, empathy, and teamwork in helping clients maintain independence.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with professional phone manner.
• Ability to handle data entry and basic clerical tasks.
• Experience with order management is a plus.

Mansioni

• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate order management with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
