Brighter, Stronger Foundation in Abingdon and Essex, MD is seeking a Client Care Manager to coordinate authorizations, insurance processes, scheduling, and front-desk operations while delivering empathetic service.

The ideal candidate has healthcare and administrative experience, with a Bachelor's in Psychology or Social Work (or a Master's with relevant experience), and can lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure HIPAA and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and administrative experience, preferably in behavioral health or related service environment.
• Working knowledge of authorizations, insurance processes, scheduling coordination, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Professional, empathetic communication with clients, families, staff, and external partners.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, resolve issues, and follow through to completion.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with 5+ years of experience or Master's with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage scheduling of staff, program services, and Client appointments.
• Ensure smooth Client flow and minimize wait times by optimizing processes.
• Oversee billing, coding, and insurance reimbursement processes; address denials.
