Job summary

Right at Home BCS is seeking a Client Care Manager to oversee caregiver performance and serve as the primary contact for clients and families. You will coordinate scheduling, resolve concerns, and ensure high-quality, compassionate home care in the field and office.

You will supervise staff, conduct regular quality checks, conduct onboarding for new caregivers, provide field guidance, and participate in on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with an emphasis on customer service and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation and demeanor in client homes and office settings.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client and family communication regarding schedule updates, care concerns, or coverage changes.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate caregiving staff to uphold agency standards of care.
• Perform regular in-home supervisory visits and quality checks to ensure care plans are followed.
• Onboard and orient new caregivers with packets and training.
• Provide field guidance and instruction to direct caregivers to client locations and care instructions.
• Support field and office operations, including emergency care coverage when needed.
• Manage caregiver on-call schedules and participate in on-call rotations as required.
