You will track deadlines, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional service at live and virtual events, bringing ownership, calm under pressure, and a client-first mindset to every engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned client accounts from onboarding through ongoing service.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Track deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups accurately.
• Keep client records organized, complete, and up to date.
• Coordinate internally to ensure client needs are handled correctly.
• Support clients and internal teams during live and virtual events.
• Identify issues early and help resolve them before they escalate.
• Represent Eclipse DOT with professionalism and care in all interactions.
