Job summary

Zilka & Company, a family-owned food distribution business in New Stanton, PA, seeks a full-time Data Entry / Customer Service Representative. You will handle orders, respond to customers, and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams in a fast-paced office environment.

• Ability to learn new computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and entered customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring all order details were complete.
• Provide professional customer service by answering questions regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status from entry through shipment and communicate updates or delays to customers.
• Able to manage multiple customer orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, accurate, and professional.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resolve order discrepancies, product issues, returns, and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information, order records, and documentation in company systems.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other paperwork related customer orders.
