Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive customer service by phone and assist with questions, requests, and accounting needs.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer and account information.
• Perform basic accounting functions and assist with financial data entry.
• Support accounts receivable activities and maintain accurate customer information.
• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing information and completing tasks.
