Qualifications

• Knowledge of clerical procedures and ability to organize files and records.

• Accurate cash handling and cashiering abilities.
• Strong multitasking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow and schedules appointments.
• Assists with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety.
• Assists with medication pickups and inquiries; explains services and products.
• Inputs and manages data in practice software, including billing.
• Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, maintaining records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties.
