Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in this or a similar role.
• Passion for serving people and pets.
• Commitment to ethical and compassionate care.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Weekend availability.
• Comfort typing and multitasking with various software.
• Ability to de-escalate situations.
• Ability to enforce clinic policies with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with compassion.
• Answer phones and client questions.
• Serve as liaison between staff and clients.
• Manage appointment bookings and requests.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness.
• Update patient records from previous clinics.
• Process payments after appointments.
• Support team as needed.
