Job summary

Comfort Keepers Home Care of Oklahoma City is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll manage client relationships, ensure high-quality home care services, and act as the liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.

In this role you’ll assist with admissions, schedule coordination, and community outreach, while supporting HR and quality initiatives. A background in home care or social services is preferred, with strong communication and organization

Qualifications

• Background in home health, hospice, home care, assisted living, medical office administration, or social services.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, psychology, or business preferred.
• Knowledge of caregiving or CNA/HHA license is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle admissions and conduct in-home visits/care consultations.
• Monitor ongoing client satisfaction and resolve questions.
• Assist in scheduling/matching, caregiver engagement, and training.
• Interview, evaluate, and mentor caregivers.
• Support community outreach and attend local events.
• Build relationships with referral sources and manage documentation.
• Be on after-hours/on-call rotation.
