Job summary

ArkVets is hiring a Client Care Center Supervisor to lead and grow the team across three Metro Phoenix hospitals. This player-coach role handles inbound/outbound calls, coaching, and performance management to improve appointment bookings and client experience.

Strong veterinary familiarity helps, but top priority is coaching and team leadership to scale the Care Center from three to a larger team, with a full-time schedule and daily coverage across 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Arizona time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing an inbound sales/call center/team
• Strong coaching and feedback skills
• Ability to set standards and hold people accountable

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Care Coordinator team across three hospitals
• Set daily expectations for inbound and outbound activity
• Run short team huddles and establish call-handling standards
• Ensure calls reflect ArkVets' fear-free, transparent standards
• Hold team members accountable to their scorecards and coach when needed
• Build a repeatable onboarding and coaching process for growth
