Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service calls from customers including account inquiries and service requests.
• Complete follow up from inbound calls including mailings and records research.
• Make outbound service and support calls to other departments as needed.
• Initiate and promote referrals to bank products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to effectively refer.
• Participate in departmental sales contests to support referral goals.
• Ensure timely, accurate responses to client inquiries.
