Responsibilities

• Protect customer privacy and security; follow cash handling procedures and dual controls.
• Process daily transactions and monitor for fraud; maintain proper cash limits.
• Grow consumer relationships through conversations, referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage service related outbound calls and achieving call goals; work with team to uncover needs.
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed about digital banking solutions.
