Job summary

ADP is hiring a MyLife Advisor for our Human Resources Outsourcing division. You will provide guidance on benefits, payroll, HR, 401k, risk, workers' compensation, e-TIME, and more for clients' employees and third parties. The role emphasizes delivering accurate information and high-quality service.

You’ll work in a metrics-driven call center, building rapport and professionalism over the phone and in writing. Ongoing training will help you advance and take on more independent responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Client Service experience, OR Military Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for a range of ADP products and services.
• Build relationships with clients and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Grow in role through training and increasing independence; may back up Managers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and written communication with clear, actionable guidance.
