Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller to provide timely client service, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. You will be trained to promote digital banking options and support outbound calls to identify client needs, with opportunities to participate in Integrated Relationship Management activities.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior teller or cash handling experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and extended hours/weekend work.

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options to enhance service.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and learning opportunities.
• Adhere to controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
