Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular or Temporary Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain records while delivering superior service. You will guide clients in using digital banking tools to meet their financial needs.

The role includes outbound outreach to clients, supporting Integrated Relationship Management, and assisting with branch sales. Flexibility for weekends and extended hours is possible within Truist's retail team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a branch environment.
• Proficient with PC keyboarding and software used for branch automation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile) to enhance service.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise to clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and team activities.
• Pursue product knowledge through training and meetings to serve clients better.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
