• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous service and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge through trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
