Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and MS Office; multitask under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with transactions and accurate record-keeping.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales through client outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
