Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service-focused teller for first shift in the United States. You will handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales and IRM initiatives to meet client needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling or client service experience, and strong communication skills. Some travel and weekend hours may be required as part of staffing flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints and use PC-based software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining thorough records.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by conducting outbound calls and identifying client needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts to tailor solutions for clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and branch policies; participate in training and meetings.
