Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused teller to provide top-tier service at our branch location. You will process both complex and standard transactions while building client relationships and guiding them to digital self-service options such as ATMs and mobile banking.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and are willing to travel for temporary staffing needs. Weekend availability may be required as part of branch coverage and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with possible travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online & Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or referrals
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Pursue product knowledge through training and meetings
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution
