Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is hiring for a Regular banking associate in North Carolina. The role focuses on delivering timely client transactions with accurate records, while identifying client financial needs and supporting sales through outbound calls and IRM activities.

You will be cross-trained across sales and service functions, handle a variety of transactions, promote self-service options, and comply with policies and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinct client experience by handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and continue product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
