Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of client-facing experience; banking or retail preferred.
• Cash handling/teller experience preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients and hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying needs.
• Refers clients to appropriate TD partners to help achieve financial objectives.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Ensures compliance with policies and risk standards in daily activities.
