Job summary

Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage client flow as the hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Handle everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options; refer to specialists when needed.
• Identify client needs and opportunities to deepen relationships within policy limits.
• Ensure compliance with risk, AML, and banking regulations in all interactions.
