Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Banking Associate for our Staten Island location in New York. The role involves accurately processing everyday banking transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on TD products and services.

You will interact with customers on the teller line and via the platform, delivering TD’s Brand promise with a focus on educating and advising customers. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Teller experience preferred and platform training upon hire

Responsibilities

• Process daily banking transactions accurately on teller lines or platforms
• Open new accounts and educate customers on TD banking products
• Provide proactive financial guidance and referrals to deepen customer relationships
• Manage customer queues and appointments to optimize service flow
• Ensure compliance with TD policies and regulatory requirements
