Job summary

TD Bank is seeking an Associate Banker II for a part-time 30-hour role at the 53rd & 3rd Ave. location in New York. You will act as the hospitality ambassador, handling everyday banking tasks, engaging clients in meaningful conversations, and connecting them with specialists as needed.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of client-facing experience; teller experience is preferred. Some evening/weekend availability is expected to support business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients or in a service role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience by managing client flow in person and by phone.
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador of the financial center with a high-touch, client-focused approach.
• Education clients on banking products and digital capabilities, and connect them to specialists as needed.
• Identify needs and initiate referrals to appropriate partners while adhering to policy and risk standards.
