Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools. You will build trusted relationships by listening to client needs and delivering friendly, attentive service in a branch environment.

You will work with a dynamic team to meet client financial goals, comply with regulatory requirements, and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience in daily branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them using a lobby tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology tools like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Assist branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
