Responsibilities

• Coordinate account administration for Banking clients and respond to inquiries.
• Produce reports and oversee transaction processing.
• Assist Bankers with business development and client presentations.
• Maintain documentation of services and communications with clients.
• Develop action plans for client servicing and coordinate with team members.
• Monitor loan documents and assist with underwriting and closings.
• Ensure compliance with loan documentation and policy requirements.
• Prepare compliance certificates and monitor document deficiencies.
• Renewals: review maturing credits and gather required information.
• Proactively identify service improvements and efficiencies.
• Communicate account status, overdue items, and information to clients.
