Responsibilities

• Executes and/or submits client account servicing requests within appropriate time frames, including wires, fund transfers, documentation, account openings/closings, and research.
• Handles paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing.
• Develops understanding of steps involved with each request and communicates with relationship management and NCSS teams as needed.
• Adheres to policies and procedures, escalating issues to management as required.
• Gains knowledge of business applications critical to client servicing and stays updated on system enhancements.
• Assists with maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.
• Keeps informed of products and services to respond to client questions and aid in expanding relationships.
• Monitors banking reports and supports audits as directed by leadership.
