Job summary

Northern Trust Corp in Oakbrook Terrace, IL seeks an Account Manager to coordinate account administration for Banking clients, respond to inquiries, produce reports and oversee transaction processing.

The role also supports Bankers in business development, creates client presentations, coordinates with Operations/Servicing teams, and develops knowledge of loan agreements and compliance to manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial servicing/accounting with client servicing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates account administration for Banking clients and responds to inquiries.
• Produces reports and oversees transaction processing.
• Assists Bankers with business development and client presentations.
• Coordinates with Operations/Servicing teams and ensures documentation accuracy.
• Maintains knowledge of loan agreements, financial statements, and compliance requirements.
• Generates formal reports and supports renewal and ending processes.
