Job summary

Truist in Washington, DC seeks a Universal Banker to provide high-quality client service and perform branch transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound calls, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Strong communication, multi-tasking, and PC skills are required. The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller/customer service experience, and availability for weekends/extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboards and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver distinctive client experiences and handle complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) goals.
• Participate in leadership routines and training sessions.
