Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a teller/relationship associate to ensure timely client transactions and accurate record-keeping while delivering superior service. You will guide clients on digital banking options and support sales and Integrated Relationship Management activities.

This role requires strong communication, ability to multi-task, and willingness for weekend hours and some travel; regular shift in the 1st shift in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; may include weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level. Handle complex and standardized transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
