Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a regular Full-Time Teller/Client Service Associate to deliver timely client transactions with accuracy and superior service. You will learn and apply IRM concepts to meet client needs while supporting outbound outreach and branch initiatives.

The role emphasizes cash handling, cross-selling opportunities, and a commitment to internal controls, with shifts in the 1st shift (United States of America) and potential travel for staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs for referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise to clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and meetings.
• Advance product knowledge through training and learning opportunities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and changes in procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling branch workload.
