Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time Retail Operations Associate to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure high-quality service while addressing clients' financial needs.

The role includes educating clients on digital banking tools, outbound client outreach, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts to meet client goals. English fluency required; some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
