Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Regular 1st shift teller/customer service associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions while maintaining records and strong money handling discipline. You will deliver superior service, identify client needs, and educate clients on digital banking tools.

You will participate in outbound outreach, support Integrated Relationship Management activities, and collaborate with branch teams to refer opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use basic PC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences through courteous, accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client needs.
• Participate in branch routines and training for product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
