Job summary

Truist is seeking a dedicated teller/client service associate to provide timely transactions and maintain accurate records. You will deliver courteous, high-quality service while educating clients on digital banking tools and supporting outreach activities.

The role emphasizes IRM, compliance with internal controls, and the ability to handle a variety of branch duties, including occasional travel and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and use PC keyboard/software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate transactions and thorough records.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales with outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Follow branch routines, training, and internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
