Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous transactions and proactive service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identifying client needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
