Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I in Dearborn Heights, MI to deliver front-line client service and transactional support, welcome clients, identify needs, and perform teller functions with accuracy and efficiency.

You will contribute to branch success by maintaining operational accuracy, risk standards, and supporting sales through client education and collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to bank policies and regulations.
