You will help educate clients about products and maintain accuracy and compliance in every transaction.

You will balance daily teller duties with client engagement, contribute to branch growth, and collaborate with teammates to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years in customer service and sales.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support growth targets in financial performance and client introductions to the right team members.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience, address questions or complaints, and resolve issues timely.
• Risk Management: Execute daily financial transactions accurately and adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• Additional duties: Perform special projects and maintain compliance with applicable laws.
