Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker based at the Boardman Road Branch in Michigan. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and exceptional service, driving customer loyalty and financial wellbeing.

You will deliver PNC solutions, manage the customer experience, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet while adhering to risk and policy standards. In-office role with typical branch hours.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent plus related experience.
• 3+ years of banking or financial services experience.
• No STEM OPT sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process.
• Educate customers on PNC solutions to grow share of wallet.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and maintaining compliance.
• Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
