Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teller or client service professional for Regular or Temporary roles in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive client experience and handling complex and standard transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include promoting digital banking, supporting outbound client outreach, and leveraging Integrated Relationship Management to meet clients' financial needs. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills
• Ability to multi‑task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with courteous conversation while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities or referring to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
